Decorah, Ia., - Special: Funeral services for Edward Orlando Rustad, 20, will be held Saturday afternoon, just a year from the date of his sister’s burial.

Services will be held in the Fjelstud Funeral Home at 1:30 o’clock and at the Washington Prairie Church at 2 o’clock. The Rev. Paul Koren will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.

Mr. Rustad died of pneumonia at his home in Springfield Township Tuesday following an illness of two days. His death came exactly a year after that of his sister Adeline, who died April 6, 1936.

He was born Oct. 20, 1916 in Springfield Township, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Rustad. He was educated in the rural schools. Surviving are his parents: three sisters, Lucille, Virginia and Shirley Mae; two brothers, Otis and Russell, all at home; and his grandmother, Mrs. Even Lomen of Decorah.

He was a member of the Washington Prairie Church.
