David W. Jacobsen, age 67, of Decorah, IA, died Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Wellington Place in Decorah.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015 at First Lutheran Church in Decorah with Rev. Chad Huebner officiating.

Friends may visit with the family one hour before the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the church.

David’s wish was to donate his body to the Mayo Clinic Department of Anatomy in Rochester, Minnesota for medical education and research. David is survived by his mother Lois of Decorah; two brothers, Karl and Ted; and his sister Anne.
