Amy Shilts, age 93, of Calmar, IA, formerly of Boyd, WI, died on Sunday, March 15, 2015, at the Ossian Senior Hospice in Ossian, IA.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 19, 2015, at the Calmar Lutheran Church, 200 East Street, Calmar, IA, with Rev. Phil Olson presiding.

Friends may call after 9:00 a.m., on Thursday morning at the Calmar Lutheran Church, 200 East Street, Calmar, IA. The Schluter – Balik Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Amy is survived by her two children: Anita (John) Cutts, Mount Prospect, IL, and Wade Shilts, Calmar, IA. Two grandchildren: Jonita (Ryan) Gidel and Jolene Cutts. One great grandchild: Sophia Gidel. One sister-in-law: Elmira Simon, Stanley, WI, and several nieces and nephews.
