Decorah- George C. Ulen, 76, died Monday morning at a Decorah hospital, after a two year illness.

Services will be at the Decorah Lutheran church and burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery.

Ulen was born in Decorah township Feb. 24, 1874, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ryar K. Ulen. His education was received at Luther college, and the Lutheran theology seminary in St. Paul, Minn.

Surviving are his mother, 100 years old; two brothers and one sister, Peter and Ed Ulen, Decorah, and Mrs. Belle Leseth, Charles City.
