Jens Halverson, Decorah, died at his home Sunday night, April 3, following a lingering illness. His death followed soon after that of his wife, who died March 24 at the Decorah hospital.

Surviving besides his sons are two sisters, Mrs. Olaf Berg and Mrs. Esther Kimball, and one brother, Carl Halverson.

Funeral services will be conducted this (Thursday) afternoon at Decorah.
