Memorial Services For Gary Winters

Memorial services were held Wednesday, September 13 at 3:00 p.m. at Frankville Community Presbyterian church for Gary LeRoy Winters who was killed in an automobile accident September 10 near Frankville. He was 21 years of age. The Rev. Keith Kensinger officiated. Burial was in the Frankville cemetery.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Winters, he attended Postville high school and was a member of the Frankville Community Presbyterian church. He was employed at Northern Decorative in Waukon.

Survivors include his parents, four sisters: Mrs. Larry (Cindy) Olson, Postville; Mrs. Robert Bakken (Peggy) of Anchorage, Alaska; Bonnie and Deloris at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Winters, Waukon and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Leonard Snitker, Sr., of rural Postville.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Leonard Snitker, Sr.
