--"Death love a shining mark," it is said, and in taking away little Hattie Leavitt the grim messenger has removed the brightest, sweetest, dearest, loveliest child that ever brightened a household, or became the idol of a large circle of relatives. She died yesterday, after a short illness from membranous croup.
