Decorah- Viola Klotzbach, 63, died Friday, Sept. 6, 1996, in Winneshiek County hospital, Decorah, of an apparent heart attack. Services: 1 p.m. Monday, First Lutheran Church, by the Rev. Steven Jacobsen. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery, Decorah. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at French & Balik Funeral Home and after noon Monday at the church.

Survivors include a daughter, Pat Hutchison of St. Ansgar; three sons, Dale Foltz of Decorah, Duane Foltz of Ossian and Mike Foltz of Texas; a stepson, Larry Klotzbach of Cedar Rapids; a stepdaughter, Irene Laherty of Las Vegas; and a sister, Alice Olson of New Hampton.
