Decorah- Alice L. Steine, 86, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 1997, in Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, of a sudden illness. Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Fjelstul Funeral Home, Decorah, where friends may call from 6 to 8 tonight. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery.

Survivors include a son, Mark of Cedar Rapids; a daughter, Carol Fritz of Decorah; two brothers, Fred Lubke of Ridgeway and Roger Lubke of Oakland; and a sister, Irene Olson of Decorah.
