Decorah- Donald R. Smith, 46, died Monday, March 14, 1994, in his home after a sudden illness. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Decorah Lutheran Church. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 tonight at Fjelstul Funeral Home and one hour before service time Friday at the church.

Survivors include his mother, Alice of Decorah; two sons, Kristoffer Smith of Las Vegas and Donald Neff of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Ronda Neff of Austin, Texas; and three sisters, Phyllis Crump of Rochester, Minn., Mary Jane Maas of Dubuque and Betty Martins of Luana.
