Decorah- Robert A. Borseth, 56, of rural Decorah, died Friday afternoon in a machinery accident west of Decorah.

Surviving are his wife, Ruth; two daughters, Rebecca Spielbauer of Waukeegan, ill., and Kristin Daws of Minneapolis; a son, Mark of Winona, Minn.; his mother, Christina Borseth of Decorah; a brother, Clair of Decorah; a sister, Martha Ness of McGregor, N.D.; and one grandchild.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Madison Lutheran Church, rural Decorah. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Sensor-French's, and at the church one hour before services Monday.

An article explains that Mr. Borseth died when his clothing became entangled in the power takeoff of a piece of machinery. The accident occurred at the Madison Lutheran Church Cemetery where he was employed as a caretaker.
