Philo L. Frey, 46, of rural Postville, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004, in Colfax, as the result of a fall. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Frankville Presbyterian Church, Frankville, by the Rev. James Walker. Burial: Wadena Cemetery, at a later date. Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday at Schutte Funeral Home, Postville, and one hour before services Tuesday at the church.

Survivors include a son, Jason (Katie) of Cedar Rapids; his parents, Lindy and Betty Frey of Postville; two sisters, Sally (Ryan) Fox of Montrose, Colo.; and Kathleen (Pete) Fichtell of Hiawatha; and two brothers, David of Green Bay, Wis., and Larry (Annette) of Postville.
