Wesley Bailey, died at the residence of his son, A. K. Bailey, at Decorah, on the 23d of February, aged 83 years. We believe he was an honest, conscientious man, advocating what he believed for the public good. Thirty-one years ago, he with his sons became the publishers and proprietors of the Decorah Republican.
