Steven H. Hove, age 62, of Decorah, IA, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at his home in Decorah.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014 at First Lutheran Church in Decorah with Rev. Chad Huebner officiating. Burial will be in Pontoppidan Cemetery in rural Decorah.

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, December 12 at Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah, and on Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m., one hour before the service, at the church.

Steve is survived by his wife Paula; son Phillip Hove of Decorah; daughter Jenny Hove of West Des Moines, IA; his mother, Marjorie Hove of Decorah; three sisters, Susan Hove and Joann Voltmer of Decorah and Ruth (Randy) Schultz of Overland Park, KS; a sister-in-law, Jane (Greg) Robertson of Van Meter, Iowa; and 8 very special nieces and nephews: Gerad and Anna Voltmer, Lauren and Alex Schultz, Nick and Cecily Ambroson, Amy and Molly Jo Meinecke.
