Decorah- Clayton S. Haugen 76, died Thursday, Jan. 18, 1996, in Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital, Decorah, after a long illness. Memorial services: 11 a.m. Monday, First Lutheran Church. Burial of cremains: Lutheran Cemetery, Decorah. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are with Fjelstul Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; a daughter, Beth Halvorson of Urbana; two sons, Jan of Ames and Gary of Phoenix; and a sister, Gladys Wolcott of Encino, Calif.
