Decorah- Curtis Ruffridge, 67, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 1996, in Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Iowa City, after a short illness. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, First Lutheran Church. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at French & Balik Funeral Home, where a military service begins at 7 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church. The Rev. Steven Jacobsen will officiate.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Palmer of Decorah and Norman of Pella; and three sisters, Harriet Brom of Decorah, Fern Dungey of New Hampton and Virginia Nelson of Portage, Wis.
