Decorah- Jack K. Hendrickson, 69, died Wednesday, March 8, 1995, in Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital from complications of cancer. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Big Canoe Lutheran Church, rural Decorah. Burial: Phelps Cemetery, Decorah. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. tonight at Fjelstul Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; and three sons, Mark of Champaign, Ill., Eric of Iowa City and Joel of Lancaster, Calif.
