Decorah- Wendell D. "Bud" Willer, 68, died Friday at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minn., of natural causes. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, First United Methodist Church. Burial: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Tipton Masonic Cemetery, Tipton. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Fjelstul Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; two sons, W. Bruce of Laramie, Wyo., and Stanley R. of Maxwell; and a daughter, Marcia Ann Heggen of Marshalltown.
