Decorah- Joseph F. Donlon, 79, died Monday, Nov. 15, 1993, in Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, St. Benedict's Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at French & Balik Funeral Home, where a parish prayer service begins at 7, and a rosary begins at 7:30.

Survivors include his wife, Nell; a son, Jerry of Decorah; a daughter, Barbara Gavle of Decorah; and a brother, Robert of Decorah.
