Decorah- Elsie E. Ringdahl, 82, died Saturday at the Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital.

Survivors are a son, Kenneth of Decorah; a brother, Louie J. Bolger, Edina, Minn.; and two grandchildren.

Services: 2 p.m. today at the Congregational United Church of Christ. Burial: Phelps Cemetery. Friends may call at Olson-Fjelstul's.
