DIED.

HOWARD.--In Orleans township, Winnesheik{sp} county, Iowa, April 19, 1886, Owen Howard, aged 71 years.

The deceased was born in County Cork, Ireland, married there and came to the United States in 1848, making his home in New York. He lost his wife over thirty years ago, came to Iowa in 1865, residing with his children in Winnesheik{sp} county. He leaves three sons and we think a daughter or two. He was an honest, upright man, a good neighbor and a quiet, inoffensive citizen.
