David “Mickey” Bulgren, age 81, of Fort Atkinson, IA, died on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 9, 2013, at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home, Chekal Chapel in Fort Atkinson, IA, with Deacon Jim Zajicek presiding. Burial will be in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Fort Atkinson, IA.

Friends may call from 3:00-6:00 p.m., on Sunday at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home, Chekal Chapel in Fort Atkinson, IA, and also on Monday morning after 9:00 a.m.

Mickey is survived by his daughter: Deb (Tim) Vondersitt, Calmar, IA. Two grandchildren: Anthony (Alyssa) Vondersitt, Protivin, IA, and Allison (Chris) Busch, Ossian, IA. Four great grandchildren: Derek, Avery and Nora Busch and Mason Vondersitt. One brother: Robert (Marion) Bulgren, Cedar Falls, IA.

Mickey was preceded in death by his parents: Russell and Agnes (Pavlovec) Bulgren. One brother: Dale Bulgren in 1997.
