Mr. John Horn and two of his daughters were injured on the 4th in going home from Spillville so severely that Mr. Horn died on Wednesday following. The daughters are recovering. The accident occurred in consequence of the wagon tongue slipping through the neck-yoke, the team becoming frightened and unmanageable.
