ROBERT D. KROUPA, 65, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, following a brief illness. A memorial service is Saturday, June 9, at 1 p.m. at the Bethania Lutheran Church in the Open Air Division of the Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum, 113 North Mill St. in Decorah. Interment will follow at Phelps Cemetery. He was born Aug. 1, 1946, in Cedar Rapids, to Robert W. Kroupa and Doloris (Horan) Kroupa.
