Services Held For Robert Lantz

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 20 at 11:15 a.m. at the Marion Lutheran Church, Gunder, for Robert “Bobby” Lantz, who died Wednesday, January 17 at Tommy Dale Memorial Hospital, Sioux City. The Rev. Robert Henriksen officiated.

Robert Earl Lantz was born June 17, 1958, the son of Marvin and Sandra Schave Lantz, at Postville and was baptized November 8, 1958 at Marion Lutheran Church. He attended the trainable class at Decorah for one and a half years prior to going to Tommy Dale.

His father preceded him in death. He is survived by his parents Gerald and Sandra Wander, a brother Michael Lantz, a sister Lori Lantz, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lantz, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Schave, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wander; great grandparents: Mrs. Sophie Livingood and Mrs. Jan Moody and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Burial was in the Frankville Cemetery.
