Death of Mrs. Hagen

Word was received here that Mrs. Anna Hagen, a former resident here died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clarence Jacobson of Aurora, Ill., Sunday, pneumonia being the cause of her death. The body is being brought to Decorah and it is thought that interment will be in the Madison cemetery.

Mrs. Hagen was born in Norway and came to this country when a young girl. After the death of her husband, she with her daughter came from Minneapolis to Ridgeway to reside for a number of years before moving to Decorah. Since her daughter’s marriage she has made her home with her. Two years ago this spring she moved with Mr. and Mrs. Jacobson to Aurora, Ill. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Clarence Jacobson and a brother in Minneapolis. A sister, Mrs. John Kjos, preceded her in death.
