Victor Valenta

Funeral services for Victor Valenta, former spillville{sic} resident, who died at Detroit, Mich., following a brief illness, were held at the Balik funeral home Monday afternoon, Nov. 3 at 2 o’clock. Burial was at Calmar. The deceased, who was the youngest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Valenta was born and reared in Spillville, later going to Detroit where he made his home up to the time of his death. His survivors include his twin sisters, Mrs. Mary Krall of Calmar and Mrs. Helen Munkel of Lime Springs; three brothers, Frank of Lankin, N. D., Louis of Dubuque and Joseph of Detroit. Two sisters, Anna Valenta and Mrs. Joseph (Elenora) Benesh have preceded him in death.
