Mrs. George Gunwall

Funeral services for Mrs. George Gunwall, who passed away at her home near here Sunday evening, Nov. 9, were held at 12:30 o’clock at the Fjelstul funeral home and at 1:30 o’clock at the Lincoln Lutheran church, Wednesday afternoon. The pastor, Rev. Quill officiated and interment was in the cemetery adjoining the church. Pall bearers were: Merle Helgeson, Clarence Rue, Norman Hove, Leonard Wemark, Lloyd Bakken and Hans Bakken. Mrs. Gunwall, nee Guro Vaagen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Vaagen was born in Lincoln twp., Aug. 5, 1862. She was united in marriage to Geo. Gunwall Feb. 24, 1884, who survives her. Practically all her married life has been spent in Sumner Twp. She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, three children, William of Ridgeway, Selma and Wallace at home and one grandson, Gordon Gunwall.
