Little Boy Passes
Bennie Julius Severson, seven year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Theo. Severson, of Canoe, passed away on Sunday, his death being due to periodic convulsions. The funeral services will be held today, Wednesday from the Springwater church. Rev. O Glesne, of Decorah will officiate. Much sympathy is extended to the bereaved parents in their loss.

Bennie Julius Severson passed away at nine o'clock Sunday morning, March 21, 1926 at his home in Canoe township, at the age of 7 years, ten months and five days. He had been an invalid since birth. The funeral is being held this Wednesday afternoon at one o'clock at the home and two o'clock at the Springwater Lutheran Church, Rev. O. Glesne officiating. Burial will be made in the Springwater cemetery.
Bennie Julius Severson was born May 16, 1918 at Blooming, Sask., Canada, and was the son of Theodore and Elsie Severson, who survive. He is also survived by one sister, Violet, ten years of age, and one brother, Allen, six years of age. The Severson family moved to Winneshiek County and settled in Canoe township in June 1921, and have since made their home there.
