Death of Mrs. Andrew Nesheim

Mrs. Andrew Nesheim passed away at her home in Hesper township on Monday, Jan. 18th, after an illness of a year's duration from heart disease.

Helga Bue was born in Hardanger, Norway, Sept. 3 1857, and came to America and Winneshiek county with her parents , Mr. and Mrs. Ole Bue, when eight years old. Thirty-five years ago she was united in marriage to Andrew Nesheim, eight children being born to the union. They are Mrs. Albert Williams and Oscar Nesheim, Decorah; Mrs. C.O. Bue, Hammond, Wis; Ludwig, Alma, Nels and Gilbert, who with the bereaved husband and father remain to mourn the loss of a kind and loving wife and mother. In her life here, Mrs. Nesheim was beloved by all who knew her and her death brings sorrow to many friends.

The funeral was held Friday from the Springwater church. Rev. Rasmussen officiating with interment in the Springwater cemetery.
