Carolla Narveson Funeral Services on Monday

Funeral services are being held today, Monday, at 2 p.m. for Carolla Narveson. She died Friday, Jan. 26, at the Winneshiek County Home.

Services conducted by the Rev. Allen E. Nelson are being held at Decorah Lutheran Church, and burial will be at Springwater Lutheran Cemetery. Steine Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers are Sylvan Severson, Everett Severson, Gerhard Hellen, Clarence Myhre, Ray Rasmussen, and Leonard Iverson.

Mrs. Otto Ruen is organist, and Mrs. Dale Foltz is soloist. Mrs. Truman Kirkeby and Mrs. Selmer Larson were in charge of flowers.

She was born March 25, 1913, in Pleasant Township, daughter of Narve and Mary Narveson. She was educated in the rural schools.

She lived her entire life in the Pleasant Township and Decorah areas. She was a member of Decorah Lutheran Church.

She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Nettie Soeder, Decorah.

Her parents, one brother, and two sisters preceded her in death.
