Harry Erickson, 54, Dies At Iowa City

Funeral services for Harry Erickson, 54, of Route 2, Decorah, were held today, Wednesday, at 2:00 p.m. from the Springwater church with Rev. Oliver G. Fjeldstad officiating. Mr. Erickson, who had been in ill health since last November, died Sunday morning, February 27, in Iowa City, Ia.

Harry Erickson was born May 17, 1889 in Pleasant township, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Erickson. Mr. Erickson was married to Clara Ellis. Mr. and Mrs. Erickson made their home in Pleasant township.

Beside his wife, Mr. Erickson is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ray Rasmussen, one son, Hubert, one grandchild, three brothers, Oscar, Stanton and Norman, and two sisters, Mrs. Narve Narveson and Mrs. Theo. Narveson.

The Fjelstul Funeral home were in charge of the arrangements.
