DENNIS CULLINAN, age 59, of Waterloo, formerly of Decorah, died Friday, Feb. 25. Memorial services are Saturday, March 5, at 11 a.m. at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls. He had coached basketball during his years in Decorah.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Cullinan; daughters, Shannon (Josh) Peek and Casey Cullinan; son, Chad Cullinan; grandson, Samuel Peek; mother, Erma Cullinan; brothers, Scott (Mary) Cullinan and Barry Cullinan; sister, Vicki (Pete) Nily; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Cullinan; and brother, Kevin Cullinan.

In lieu of flowers and memorials, the family requests donations in his name to the William R. Bliss Cancer Center at Mary Greeley Medical Center, 1111 Duff Avenue, Ames, IA 50010
