Mrs. Hugo Noecker Hesper Township Passed August 31st.

Mrs. Hugo Noecker passed away at her home inn Hesper township Friday morning, Aug. 31, at 7:30 o'clock. She had been ill for a year and confined to her bed for six months.

Margaret Allen was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Allen and was born in Hesper, Feb. 20, 1882. She was united in marriage to Hugo Noecker, March 5, 1902, and the family home has been on their farm ever since.

Mrs. Noecker was a woman beloved and esteemed in a large circle of friends. She was a devoted wife and mother, good neighbor and true friend, and her death comes as a severe blow to her husband and children to whom the deepest sympathy is extended.

Surviving her are her husband and the following children: Mrs. Silas Erikson, Decorah; Norbert Noecker, Albuquerque, N.M.,; Milo and Genevieve Noecker at home. Also surviving are following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Gilbert Tabor, Arcadia, Cal.; Mrs. Fred Johnson, Boulder, Colo.; Mrs. Oscar Reed, Austin, Minn.; Albert Allen, Caledonia, Minn.; Mrs. Dave Welch, Mabel, Minn.; Thomas Allen, Highland township, and Fred Allen, Hesper.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at one o;clock from the home and at two o'clock from the Friends church in Hesper, with Rev. Tenney officiating. Interment was in the Hesper cemetery.
