Decorah- Mrs. Fred (Lisetta) Gipp, 87, died at her home here Sunday. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Washington Prairie Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Steine Funeral Home is in charge. She is survived by a daughter, Lily.
