Robert E. Luther

Robert E. Luther, 68, of Hampton, died Friday, Jan. 14, 2000, at his home.

Private memorial services were held Wednesday, Jan. 19, in Hampton.

He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Hampton. The Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton was in charge of arrangements.

Robert was a former employee of DECORAH Newspapers.

Survivors include his wife, Mary of Hampton; a son Jay (wife Julie) of Ames; a daughter, Kim (husband Rick Waterman) of Hampton; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Luther of Texas; four grandchildren, Mike and Mark Brady of Hampton, and Jake and Jenny Luther of Texas; two brothers, Chuck Luther of Waukon and Jim Luther of Illinois; and a sister, Dorothy O'Reilly of Texas.
