lona Rohloff of Toledo, Ohio died of natural causes Monday, April 5, 1999. She was 98.

The funeral was held Wednesday in Toledo, Ohio.

She was the mother of Paul Welch of Decorah and Richard Welch of Los Angeles.

Survivors include two granddaughters, Georgiann Eckheart of Decorah and Terrie Brooks of Yorba Linda, Calif., and four great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
