Funeral services for Ramona Limkemann were held Saturday, May 10, 1986 at 1:30 p.m.the Schutte Funeral Home, Postville. The Rev. August Limkemann and the Rev. Paul Limkemann officiated. Burial was in the Pleasant View Cemetery at Castalia.

Ramona M. Limkemann, daughter of Albert and Edna (Manderfield) Perry, was born in Bloomfield Township, Winneshiek County, Iowa. She died May 6, 1986 at her home near Denver, IA. She attended school at LeRoy, MN for a short time. Her family returned to Iowa in 1943 where she attended the local rural schools of Winneshiek County.

On Jan. 3, 1945 she was married to Henry Limkemann. They had 4 children. They lived in the St. Olaf and then the Monona area and moved to a farm in Winneshiek County in 1949. In 1966 they moved to the Cedar Falls and Denver area.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robert and a brother and a sister in infancy.

Surviving is her husband, Henry, two sons, Burdette, rural Denver and David, Auguanga, CA, a daughter, Lori, at home, one granddaughter, Krissi, two brothers, Eugene Perry, West Union and LaVern Perry, Castalia, and a sister, Marian (Mrs. David Limkemann) Plainfield.

Casket bearers were David Limkemann, Gerald Limkemann, Daniel Perry, Joe Limkemann, Duane Moore and Darrel Anderson.
