Services for Donald E. Kobriger, 62, of Evansdale, were held at one o'clock Tuesday, December 23 in the Chapel of Memories, Waterloo. Burial was in the Garden of Memories, Waterloo.

Mr. Kobriger was born November 14, 1913 at Castalia, the son of George and Elsie McMartin Kobriger. He married Gladys Olson of Clermont April 20, 1940 in Dubuque. He was employed by John Deere's in Waterloo, retiring in 1970. He served with the Navy in World War II.

Survivors include his wife, a son Donald G., of Elk Run Heights; six daughters, Mrs. Sharrol McEnroe of Cedar Falls, Mrs. Mary Csukker, Waterloo, Mrs. Susan McBride, Waterloo, Janet Kobriger, Des Moines and Rosalee and Rebecca at home; a brother, Daniel Kobriger of Davenport, and three sisters, Mrs. Julia Wedo, Clermont, Mrs. Marjorie Hager, Castalia and Mrs. Ione Hoopman, Cedar Rapids.
