A May Wedding.
The wedding, the secret of which had been very well kept, of Miss Stella Peck to Mr. Charles Clyde Inman of Cedar Rapids occurred Tuesday morning at the home of the bride’s parents on Washington street, Rev. H. H. Green officiating. The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Peck and numbers many friends among her acquaintances. For several years she has been one of the popular clerks at Mott & Co.’s store. Mr. Inman is a salesman for a Chicago wholesale house and during his numerous visits here has earned the respect of those who have formed his acquaintance. A small company of relatives and friends, including Mrs. H. H. Green, Mrs. Will Peck of Chicago, Mrs. E. Cartwright, Miss Beata Anderson and Mr. Andrew Hanson were present at the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Inman left on the noon train for Minneapolis, and from there they will go to Cedar Rapids, their future home. The congratulations and best wishes of their Decorah friends go with them.
