November Weddings.
Last Wednesday evening at seven o’clock at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Hanson, occurred the marriage of Miss Bertha to Mr. C. G. Anderson of Calmar, Rev. Hougen officiating. After the ceremony a wedding supper was served to the guests, only relatives and a few intimate friends being present. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson departed on the evening train for Calmar where they will reside.
The bride is well known to Decorah as this has always been her home and all who know her esteem her highly. She has served efficiently as clerk in Mott & Co.’s store for a number of years and has proven herself a trustworthy young lady. The groom is in the employ of the U. S. Express Company at Calmar, where he is highly respected by all who know him. He has many friends in Decorah who extend hearty congratulations both to himself and his bride.
