A. W. Isbel is rejoicing over the arrival at his home on the 29th ult. of an 11 lb. baby boy. Nothing small about the Isbel family. Mother and babe are doing well. Papa Isbel is somewhat agitated at the responsibility of his position, but is able to attend to business, and the demand for cigars is beginning to slacken up a little.
