Howard---Sexton.
Tuesday, June 27, 1911, at 8 o’clock occurred the marriage of James W. Howard and Miss Elizabeth Sexton, the ceremony was performed by Rev. Father Hawe at St. Benedict's church in this city. After the wedding the bridal party departed to the home of the bride's father, where a wedding breakfast was served. Bride and groom then left for Minneapolis and other points on a honeymoon trip.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Howard of Cresco. He is a young man well spoken of by all who know him. The bride is one of the the{sic} most popular young ladies of Bluffton twp. She is the daughter of John Sexton, and has grown to womanhood in this county. We join the many friends of both the newlyweds in wishing them all the best things of married life. They will reside at Cresco, where they will be at home after August 1 — Decorah Journal.
