—By a vote of 43 to 25 Castalia decided, Tuesday, to become an incorporated town.

Incorporation Completed at Castalia.
By special invitation, Judge Fellows repaired to Castalia last Friday and held a little “term” of his court “in chambers," to pass on the validity of the recent incorporation proceedings for the town of Castalia. All the acts done were reviewed, and in the matter of tie the vote between Mr. Kittinger and Mr. Anderson for councilman, the parties assented to casting lots. In this Judge F officiated and the choice fell on Mr. Anderson. Thereupon a record was made up which was approved by Judge Fellows, and the same ordered placed on record. This has been done and Castalia is now a little sister in Winnesheik's family of towns.
