Married Last Evening.
Last evening at the home of George Hill, the bride’s uncle, Miss Maggie Hill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hill of Birmingham, Iowa, was united in marriage to Frank A. Roney, Rev. Kirk W. Robbins officiating. After the wedding supper the guests and a delegation of Epworth Leaguers drove out to the farm of Mr. Ronev in Madison township where they were received by the bride and groom and the evening spent in games and other pleasant pastimes. Miss Hill has been a resident of Decorah but a few months, having come here in April last, but she has won numerous friends by her pleasant ways. Mr. Roney is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Roney, an industrious farmer and a young man of good standing among his acquaintances. That he and his wife may enjoy a long life of happiness and prosperity is the wish of their friends.
