Hymeneal.
Last evening at six o’clock at the home of the bride’s parents, Herman L. Tavener and Miss Lizzie Haas, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Haas, were united in marriage. Mr. and Mrs. Tavener departed on the 8:45 train for Milwaukee and on their return will begin home-making in the cozy home in the fifth ward which the groom has prepared for his bride. The lives of these young people have been spent in Decorah and they enjoy the friendship of a large circle of acquaintances who entertain for them the heartiest of good wishes.
