Last Thersday,{sic} July 7th, at the office of the officiating Justice, D. L. Graniss, Cresco, occurred the marriage of Carl Blomgren and Mabel Jewell, both of Bluffton, Winneshiek county, Iowa. It is understood that although giving their ages as 21 and 18 respectively, both are under age, and that relatives of the yong{sic} lady were a little excited at first but that everybody is now reconciled to the marriage.
