Know all Men by These Presents, That Ne Ansel Rogers And Cynthia Rogers his wife of Winneshiek County, State of Iowa, In consideration of the sum of One hundred & forty-five dollars In hand paid by Ogden Casterton of Winnebago County, State of Illinois do hereby sell And convey unto the said Ogden Casterton the following described
Priorities, to wit fifteen acres with North East corner of the North West one fourth of the South West quarter of Section thirty two in Township ninety nine North of range Seven west being forty rods North & South sixty rods East & West.

And We do hereby covenant with the said
Ogden Casterton that we are lawfully seized of
Said premises that they are free from encumbrance; that we have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same: and we do hereby covenant to Warrant and Defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever and the grantors aforesaid hereby relinquish all contingent rights, including right of dower which they or either of them have in the said land.

Person whose name I am affixed to the foregoing Deed of Conveyance as grantors, and acknowledged the same to be _____________ voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein expressed.
