On Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1914, at the Catholic church, in Madison, Wis., Thomas McCabe of Bluffton township and Miss Catherine McGuire of Madison were united in marriage. Miss Stacia McCabe was bridesmaid and Willie McGuire, a brother of the bride, was the best man.
Will Gaul and Rev. Fr. Burke of Plymouth Rock were present at the wedding.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. R. McGuire, who live near Madison. She is a neice{sic} of James, Michael and William Gaul of Plymouth Rock. During the past summer she taught school in district No. 7, in Burr Oak twp. She is a young lady beloved by all who know her. The groom is the son of Mrs. Michael McCabe of Bluffton twp., and bears a reputation for industry and for good nature, which have made him many friends
Mr. and Mrs. McCabe will reside on the “Big Bend Farm" (the old John Murtha place) in Bluffton twp., which the groom purchased about a year ago.
The good wishes of many friends go with them as they launch out on the marital sea.—Decorah Journal.
