MARRIED.

McQUATTERS—BLACKBURN.—At the residence of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Blackburn, Lincoln twp. Winnesheik{sp} Co., Iowa, Nov. 26th 1891, J. McQuatters, of Northwood, Iowa, and Miss Alice M. Blackburn.

The ceremony was performed at high noon Thanksgiving day, in the presence of relatives and intimate friends, after which the guests sat down to a most sumptuous turkey dinner.

The bride is one of Ridgeway’s fairest girls who possesses many charms of mind and person, and will make for her husband a happy home.

The groom is a prosperous young farmer, also a successful teacher in Worth county, who has many friends and he deserves them all.

This worthy young couple will go to housekeeping on the cozy farm near Northwood, recently purchased by the groom.

Mr. and Mrs. McQuatters will be “at home” to their many friends after December 7th.

May the sunshine of love and peace shed its rays around the pathway of two of earth’s fairest children, is the wish of all.
